Haulio Connectivity System (HCS) Trip Forms
Built with hauliers at its heart, the Haulio Connectivity System (HCS) allows you to easily manage your drivers and fleet.
In this guide, find out how HCS helps you automate drivers’ trip forms and earnings tallying:

Controllers: Set Driver Rates
With Driver Rates, your drivers’ earnings will be automatically added when you create a HCS trip card. You can also set different rates for different drivers.
1. Set Driver Rates
Go to Master Data > Driver Rates to view or create driver rate templates.
Click “Add New Rate” to create a new driver rate.
2. Input Rates
Input driver rates for the respective line items.
3. Add Other items
If you have other items such as incentives or earnings remuneration, you can click on “Add New Item” to create them.
Click “Submit” tor “Update” to confirm.
4. Assign Driver Rates
To assign Driver Rates, go to the respective driver under Master Data > Drivers.
Click “Edit” to select and assign the respective Driver Rate to the driver.
Click “Update” to save your changes.
Controllers: Assigning Trips to Drivers
1. Select Container to Assign
In the respective job page, select a container and create a HCS trip card to pass the trip instructions to your drivers’ HCS mobile app.
To select, click on the checkbox for the container and click the “Create a HCS Trip Card” button.
2. Review and Assign
In the popup, check and confirm the information for the trip you want to assign.
Select the driver you want to assign the trip to.
To send the trip card to your driver, click “Send to Driver“.
Tip!
If you don't want to send to the driver yet, you may simply click "Done". You can send the trip to the driver later under HCS Planner > Board.
3. HCS Scheduling Board
Go to HCS Planner > Board to review your scheduled trips for your drivers.
Note!
Only Drivers who have Prime Movers assigned to them in Master Data will be listed here.
4. Review Schedule in Scheduling Board
Review the assigned trips for your drivers.
You can filter the list of drivers or view only a selected few. Click on “Show for” on the top right to filter.
Tip!
The circle on the top right of each box shows the driver’s status. Green = Online, Red = Offline.
5. Reorganise Trips
You can also reorganise trips by dragging the trip cards accordingly.
Tip!
The trips at the top will be the first trip in the driver's schedule. He/she can only complete trips based on the sequence you set.
6. Send Trips
Clicking on the “Send” button to submit the trip to your driver. Your driver will then see it on his HCS mobile app.
Note!
Trip Cards cannot be re-assigned if the driver has already started the job. When the driver has started a job, the status will show as “Ongoing.”
Drivers: Accept & Execute Jobs
1. View Job List
Click on Menu > Job List to view the list of trips assigned to you.
2. Acknowledge Job
Click on the “Acknowledge” button to accept the job.
3. Turn Shift On
Toggle the Shift button from Off to On to start your shift.
Note!
Shifts have to be turned on in order for you to start a job.
4. Start Job
Click on the “Start Job” button to start executing the trip.
Note!
You can only start one job at a time.
5. Add Additional Charges & Trip Earnings
If your trip incurs additional charges (e.g. washing, damage), you can input it under “Additional Charges“. Fill in the type and amount accordingly.
Tip!
Your trip earnings should be automatically added for you if your Controller has already preset it.
Drivers: View Trip History & Submit Trip Forms
1. View Trip History
Click on Menu > History to view the trips you have completed.
2. View Trip Forms
If you have trip forms to submit, click on the red button to view them.
3. Select Trip Form to Review
To view job details for each trip form, click the respective trip.
4. Review Job Details
Review job details for each trip form.
You may also add in additional charges or earnings here.
5. Submit Trip Form
To submit the trip form, click the “Submit” button.
Note!
Once your trip form is submitted, you will not be able to edit it again. If you need to do so, please inform your Controller to edit it on their end.
Controllers: Reviewing Trip Forms
1. View Trip Forms
Go to HCS Planner > Trip Forms to view trip forms for your drivers.
Click on the trip form you would like to review.
Tip!
You can filter by Start Date, End Date or by Driver.
2. Add Incentive or Earnings Remuneration
Review your trip forms and add any additional incentives or earnings remuneration.
3. Verify Trip Forms
Review your trip forms and verify the amounts.
Click “Verify” to confirm the trip forms.

You can also choose to verify all at once by clicking the "Verify All" button.
