Responsibilities:
-Involves daily planning, routing and scheduling of drivers and trucks to optimize resources.
-Monitor job progress and communicate changes in job status.
-Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in trucking related activities.
-Handle maintenance of trucking equipment and its related administrative activities.
-Manage drivers in terms of performance and job allocation.
-Ensure all records relating to trucking and equipments are updated timely and accurately.
-Handle internal and external stakeholders’ feedback and escalations on trucking activities.
Requirements:
-Experienced in transportation, logistic, trucking or haulage industry.
-Able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
-Self-motivated, goal-oriented and a team player.
-Matured, responsible, meticulous and able to work independently.
-Positive personality with a “can do” attitude.
