Job Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced Operations Executive to oversee the day-to-day activities of our contract logistics team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and timeliness. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional results, drive business growth, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and manage daily operations to meet schedule, quality, and safety objectives
– Assist the Operations Manager in managing prime mover drivers and workplace operations
– Oversee prime mover driver issues, including duty rosters, work permits, and welfare
– Implement and enforce safe practices at the workplace
– Liaise with customers and prepare reports as requested
– Ensure optimal performance and safety of all equipment
– Monitor materials and inventory on site to ensure staff have necessary PPE and gear
Requirements:
– Proven experience in operations management or a related field
– Strong leadership and management skills
– Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
– Strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
– preferably to have class 3 and 4 driving license
