Job Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced Logistics Controller to oversee the day-to-day activities of our transport team. As a key member of our transport team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and timeliness. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional results, drive business growth, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Involves daily planning, routing and scheduling of drivers and trucks to optimize company resources.
• Monitor job progress and communicate changes in job status.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in trucking related activities.
• Handle maintenance of trucking equipment and its related administrative activities and to ensure
equipment are in the reasonable stage of serviceability.
• Manage drivers in terms of performance and job allocation.
• Ensure all records relating to trucking and equipment are updated timely and accurately.
• Handle internal and external stakeholders’ feedback and escalations on trucking activities.
• Must be cost conscious.
• Ensure drivers follow all job instruction and safety protocol and conduct safety checks.
• Taking care of drivers well being.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in operations management or a related field
– Strong leadership and management skills
– Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
– Strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
– Valid Singapore Class 3/4 driving license
Location: Commonwealth Drive
Working Hours: 5.5 Days Work Week
