The new Haulio Customer Portal is beautifully designed with intuitive dashboards for you to stay on top of your haulage operations.
Clearly see what you have, what you need to do, and what you’ve completed all-in-one view.
You can now set up instructions tagged to each delivery location. When the delivery location is selected while creating a new job, the instructions will be reflected automatically. Less manual data entry, more streamlined processes!

2. Is this customer portal free of charge?
As Haulio’s customer, you will get to enjoy the smart and easy to use customer portal at no charge. However, enterprise features such as WMS/FMS integration will be chargeable. Get in touch if you’d like to find out more!

4. Is the Haulage Operations Platform (HOP) the same as this customer portal?
The HOP is built for hauliers, while the customer portal is built for businesses, shippers, forwarders and haulage procurers who require trucking services.
