Introducing Haulio’s Customer Portal for haulage bookings
Since May 2020, Haulio has rolled out its smart and easy to use customer portal to businesses, shippers, forwarders and haulage procurers to digitally book haulage services with Haulio’s community of hauliers.
What's Different
1. Intuitive Dashboards
The new Haulio Customer Portal is beautifully designed with intuitive dashboards for you to stay on top of your haulage operations.
Clearly see what you have, what you need to do, and what you’ve completed all-in-one view.
2. Delivery Locations
You can now set up instructions tagged to each delivery location. When the delivery location is selected while creating a new job, the instructions will be reflected automatically. Less manual data entry, more streamlined processes!

1. It’s been some time since I last logged in and I’ve forgotten my password. How can I retrieve it again?
- No worries! Go into and click on “Forgot password”. You will receive an email to reset your password.
2. Is this customer portal free of charge?
As Haulio’s customer, you will get to enjoy the smart and easy to use customer portal at no charge. However, enterprise features such as WMS/FMS integration will be chargeable. Get in touch if you’d like to find out more!
3. I’ve logged in and the system seems very unfamiliar. Do you have a guide or manual?

4. Is the Haulage Operations Platform (HOP) the same as this customer portal?
The HOP is built for hauliers, while the customer portal is built for businesses, shippers, forwarders and haulage procurers who require trucking services.
