Introducing the Haulage Operations Platform (HOP)
Since May 2020, Haulio has gradually rolled out the Haulage Operations Platform (HOP) to our hauliers, upgrading users from the Haulio Community Platform (HCP) to a brand-new experience.

1. Insightful Dashboards
The new HOP is beautifully designed with intuitive dashboards for you to stay on top of your haulage operations.
Clearly see what you have, what you need to do, and what you’ve completed in an all-in-one view.
2. Intuitive Job Management Page
The job management page is designed for you to stay updated of job details and container statuses. We’ve also added a checklist to help you stay on top of what you need to do.
3. Master Data
Get a clear overview of your assets under Master Data. Easily record details such as the last maintenance date of your vehicles, so that you will always know the status of your fleet!

Built for the Haulio Connectivity System (HCS)
The brand-new Haulage Operations Platform works best with the Haulio Connectivity System (HCS), allowing you to manage your Haulio jobs and fleet seamlessly.
HCS is free for download so that you can communicate with your drivers seamlessly.

Seamless Driver Job Scheduling
The Job Scheduling Board is intuitively designed to make it easy for you to manage your fleet.
Also, you can now create trip cards directly from your job management page. Once you accept a job from the Haulio Job Pool, you can create the trip card and assign it to your drivers, all in the same page! Your drivers can then view and accept the trip on the HCS app.
No more additional data entry, easier operational planning!
Automatic Job Updates
You don’t need to update the progress of your job anymore – when your driver arrives at the delivery location and completes the trip, your job status will be updated automatically.
GPS Tracking
Get a clear overview of your drivers with the Map function.
Chat
Easily communicate with your drivers via the Chat function, which will be sent to your drivers in-app.

FAQ
1. I am a user of Haulio, but don’t see the new HOP user interface when I log in.
- The HOP is being gradually rolled out to our users in phases. If you still don’t see the changes, chances are it will reach you at a later date. Get in touch via support@haulio.io if you’d like to experience it immediately, and we will do our best to support you!
2. It’s been some time since I last logged in and I’ve forgotten my password. How can I retrieve it again?
- No worries! Go into our login page and click on “Forgot password”. You will receive an email to reset your password.
3. Is the new Haulage Operations Platform free of charge?
- The basic HOP is free of charge. However, it’s only limited to managed of Haulio Job Pool jobs. If you’d like to use HOP to manage your own jobs, get in touch with us!
4. I’ve logged in and the system seems very unfamiliar. Do you have a guide or manual?
