What is your role at Morrison Express, and what is your engagement with Haulio like?

I am an Operations & Customer Service Executive at Morrison Express, and have been working there for over 4 years. My role includes dealing with customers from start to end, including quotation, planning and invoicing. As such, I work very closely with the Haulio team to fulfil my customers’ trucking needs.

How did you get to know Haulio, and how often do you engage us?

We were looking for an alternative haulier that was more flexible and able to fulfil our urgent bookings. We were introduced to Haulio through another forwarder, and have never looked back since. Since February 2019, we have been using Haulio fully for all our trucking needs.

How are things different since you used Haulio?

Previously, we would contact our hauliers via email or phone to communicate our job requirements, as well as for status updates.

Haulio’s cloud-based customer portal is a lot more convenient, as it is easy to use and we can access it anywhere via mobile or PC.

The customer service and follow-up provided by the Haulio team is also awesome. Although there may be hiccups along the way, we can always rely on the Haulio team to support us in resolving it.

Would you recommend Haulio to others?

Yes, we will. This industry has a sense of urgency as we also need to ensure that we fulfil our own customers’ requirements. It’s a two-way street, and we appreciate the honesty and strong support from the Haulio team not just in fulfilling our bookings, but in not over-promising and doing their best to support us whenever they can.
