What do you do at Wuli Transportation, and how did you get to know Haulio?

I am a Controller at Wu Li Transportation, overseeing the day-to-day activities of my drivers, and have been with the company for over 3 years. I manage a fleet of about 8 drivers and trucks.

We used to only take jobs from Haulio’s job pool, but recently converted to the Haulio Connectivity System (HCS) to manage my drivers’ trips.

How has Haulio helped you?

Before using HCS, we used another solution that had to be installed on the iPad. Since using Haulio, my drivers don’t need multiple devices to do their jobs, and can just use their mobile phones to receive jobs and communicate with PSA within the port.

I like the trip forms feature the most, as it can record all my drivers’ trip history and I can easily check back on the platform when I need to.

The support from the Haulio team is also great – from the onboarding to day-to-day operations, it is reassuring to know that they are just a phone call away. Usually, there isn’t any problem with the HCS system. But when there is, the Haulio team is very proactive in helping to resolve it.
