In our latest update, we will be using “Estimated Time of Berth (ETB)” instead of “Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)” for all vessel arrivals.
When you create your bookings, the Vessel ETB date/time from Portnet will be automatically shown after you select the vessel and voyage.
ETBs for your posted jobs will be automatically updated twice a day from Portnet, at 8.30am and 4pm.
For trucking jobs you’ve been assigned to, the Vessel ETB date/time from Portnet will be automatically updated twice a day from Portnet, at 8.30am and 4pm.
In the Jobs list page, you will be able to see a “Vessel ETB” column.
Note: The vessel ETB date/times will only be updated twice a day (8.30AM and 4PM) from PSA Portnet directly.
Any unseen updates will be highlighted to you in green. It will go back to black after you view the job details.
1. Why is the Vessel ETB date/time not showing up automatically for my bookings?
2. What if I do not want to use the Vessel ETB information from Portnet?
3. It’s been some time since I last logged in and I’ve forgotten my password. How can I retrieve it again?
