Proactively seek out new business opportunities in Thailand’s market.
Hunt for new customers and build up strong sales pipeline.
Maintain regular contact with customers, increase revenue from existing customers and assure high level of customer satisfaction.
Arrange face-to-face meetings with key decision-makers on the customer’s side.
Complete an in-depth needs analysis for the customer and identify areas of the business where value-added services can be provided to optimize the organization’s supply chain and logistics function.
Manage the relationship between the dedicated operations team, customer and finance department.
Follow up on invoicing and billing with the customers and ensure the credit limits are not exceeded and overdue as agreed.
Work closely with overseas partners and internal Haulio teams in order to provide sales leads and develop strategic plans.
Ability to identify new markets and generate new business development.
To maintain agent’s relationships in accordance with company policy
Responsible for the weekly reports and maintaining CRM per company policy.
To persuade a profit policy at all the time
To take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet the Company’s needs.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Major of Sales & Marketing or Major Logistics Management or equivalent with at least 1 year of business development/ Sales experience
Experience in the Haulage, Container and Trucking Business will be an advantage
Proven record of own business development with multinationals
Convincing presentation skills in native tongue and English language
