Responsibilities:
• Cultivate enduring relationships with existing clients, providing stellar post-sale service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Proactively identify and secure new sales opportunities through targeted cold-calling and strategic emailing initiatives.
• Harness the potential of virtual platforms to foster relationships with potential customers, enhancing company reach and market presence.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately tracking and assessing the progress of prospective clients within the sales cycle.
• Expediently respond to sales inquiries generated via website interactions, email communications, and inbound calls, demonstrating superior customer engagement and responsiveness.
• Coordinate and arrange face-to-face meetings between prospective clients and Outside Sales Representatives, facilitating efficient communication and engagement.
Requirements:
• Holder of a Diploma or higher in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• At least one year of professional experience in a comparable role is required.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
