Job Responsibilities:
- Customer account management and post-sale service.
- Handle sales enquiries (website, emails, calls, reference) and quotation promptly.
- Source new customers.
- To work closely with internal departments.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Nitec / Diploma / fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in related field is preferred.
- Good customer service skills.
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
