Getting Started with the Haulage Operations Platform (HOP)
Built with hauliers at its heart, Haulio’s Haulage Operations Platform (HOP) is an end-to-end digital tool for you to manage all your trucking jobs.
Communicate and manage all your jobs, fleet, drivers and customers in one place.
In this guide, we will cover 4 main components:
- Take jobs from Haulio’s Job Pool to fill up your operational gaps.
- Manage jobs taken from Haulio’s Job Pool.
- Sublet jobs to Haulio’s haulier partners.
- Set up partnerships with your customers and haulier vendors to receive or sublet jobs directly, instead of through the Haulio job pool.

Taking a Job
1. View Available Jobs
Go to the “Available Jobs” tab. You will be able to view available Haulio Jobs, PSA ITT or PSA BoxCare Jobs here.
Next, click on the job you’d like to respond to.
2. Respond to Job
Indicate the number of containers you can deliver.
Click “Respond” to submit your application. You will be informed when Haulio assigns the job to you.
Managing Jobs
1. View Ongoing/Completed Jobs
Go to the “Jobs Taken” tab. You will be able to view jobs you have been assigned and are ongoing, or jobs you have completed here.
Tip!
Use "Quick Refresh" to refresh your list!
2. Filter Jobs List
Filter the ongoing jobs by Job Type.
Note: the default date filter is “THIS WEEK”.
You can also search for jobs with keywords or container no.
To view more information or to update your job, click on the job to go to the Job Management page.
3. View Job Details
View more job details in the Job Management page.
You can also take note of any to-do on your end using the Checklist.
Chat with Haulio officers with regards to the job at the Chatbox.
4. Update Container Statuses
Update container information:
- Container number
- Seal number
- Tare weight
- Cargo weight
- Container status
Note: Remember to click “Update” after entering the information.
Create a Trip Card to pass job instructions to your drivers directly!

Invoicing and Payments
The Haulio Payments Portal (HPP) is an integrated e-billing and payments portal built to make billing easy when you have completed your jobs from Haulio’s HOP!
1. Log in to HPP
Go to HPP via payments.haulio.io.
Next, click on “Sign in via HAULIO” using the same credentials as on portal.haulio.io.
Note: If you are a finance user, kindly check with your company’s HOP admin to create a HPP account.
2. Upload Invoices
Click on “Upload New” to upload new invoices on the portal.
Next, drag and drop invoices into the grey area or select manually from your folder.
Tip!
Upload up to 10 invoices at one go!
3. Input PO Number
Input and select the corresponding PO Number from the dropdown list.
Click “Submit”.
Note: The same PO number can be used for more than one attachment. They will be combined into one submission.
Tip!
Select PO number from dropdown list instead of manual input to reduce the chance of errors from typo mistakes.
Upon submission, the PO No. will turn red for valid job codes.
To check on the job details, click on the PO No. in red and the details will open in a new tab.
Note: For Haulio Jobs, the ‘PO No.’ would be the job code. Does not apply to PSA jobs: ITT/ITH
4. Checking Invoice Statuses via the following tabs
- “Processing”: Invoice is being processed. No action is required.
- “Pending Action”: Invoices requiring your action.
- “Approved”: Invoices that are approved, no action required.
- “Null”: Invoices that are no longer valid, no action required.
- “Paid”: Invoices that are paid, no action required.
Sublet Jobs to Haulio
Do you have overwhelming orders from customers and need operational support? Consider subletting to Haulio to help fulfil your orders.
1. View Jobs Posted
View Jobs Posted by your company under “Sublet Jobs” > “Jobs Posted”.

Use "Quick Refresh" to refresh your list!
2. Create New Sublet Job
To create a new Sublet Job, click on “Create New Sublet Job”.
3. Assign Sublet Job
Select who you want to assign the job to:
- Haulio: Any haulier on Haulio’s platform.
- Haulier Partners: Your own haulier partner(s). (Note: Partnership needs to be set up first.)
Next, select a job type; The form will be customised based on the job type you select.
4. Enter Job Details
Enter the Route information and Job Details.
5. Upload Documents or Add Remarks
Upload documents that will be required for the job’s execution e.g. Arrival Notice, Permits.
Fill in any additional instructions in Remarks.
6. Indicate Important Dates & Container Information
Indicate Important Dates to take note of for the job.
Indicate the Container Type, Weight & Quantity to be delivered.
Click “Next” to proceed.
7. Enter Container Details
Update the details for each container.
Click “Next”.
8. Enter Pricing
Adjust the pricing to the amount you would like to pay.
Note: If you need to change the information entered above, click on the “Back” button.
9. Save Draft
You can click on “Save Draft” to save the sublet job.
To view your saved Drafts, go to “Sublet Jobs” > “Drafts”.
10. Submit Sublet Job
Click on Submit to send the job to the Audience whom you have selected at the start (Haulio/Partners).
Tip!
You can minimise data entry by clicking “Duplicate” to create a new job with the same information as the original.

11. View Completed Sublet Jobs
When all containers in your Sublet Job have reached the last milestone, the job will be marked as Completed.
You can view all completed Sublet Jobs under “Sublet Jobs” > “Completed Sublet Jobs”.
FAQ
1. It’s been some time since I last logged in and I’ve forgotten my password. How can I retrieve it again?
- No worries! Go into and click on “Forgot password”. You will receive an email to reset your password.
2. What is the Haulage Operations Platform (HOP) and the Haulio Connectivity System (HCS)?
- The Haulage Operations Platform (HOP) is a cloud-based platform that allows you to manage your fleet and plan trips for your drivers.
- Conversely, the Haulio Connectivity System (HCS) is a mobile app for your drivers to communicate with you, with additional features like trip forms and GPS tracking. Get in touch if you’d like to find out more!
3. Is the Haulage Operations Platform (HOP) and Haulio Connectivity System (HCS) free of charge?
- The basic HOP and HCS is free of charge. However, the PSA messaging function will be payable. Get in touch with us if you’d like to find out more!
4. I am a finance user and I do not wish to receive emails on operation-related matters. e.g. emails regarding available jobs or job updates.
- You can turn off operational email updates by logging on to portal.haulio.io and:
1. Go to Settings
2. Click on “Notifications”
3. Uncheck the type of operational emails you do not wish to receive
4. Click on the “Update” button.
