Introduction

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions under which you (“User,” “you,” “your”) may access and use the cloud-based digital platform software, services, and website (collectively, the “Service”) offered by Haulio Siam Co., Ltd. (“Haulio”).

Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of the Service represent your explicit acceptance of the terms and conditions in this Agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business entity, such usage indicates the entity’s acceptance of these terms.

License Grant and Access

Subject to your strict adherence to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Haulio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service.

Digital Platform Software Packages and Services

Haulio provides a variety of digital platform software packages, each with its distinct features and functionalities. The specific regulations applicable to each digital platform software package are detailed in the corresponding product documentation.

Payment Terms

The payment terms for each digital platform software package are specified in the relevant product documentation. Haulio primarily offers free-to-use, monthly and annual subscription plans.

User Responsibilities

As a User, you agree to use the Service responsibly and ethically, refrain from misuse, and not engage in or encourage such misuse by others.

Data Collection and Use

Haulio may collect and use certain data to enhance the Service and improve its offerings. Such data collection and use adhere strictly to the guidelines established in Haulio’s Privacy Policy, compliant with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, are the exclusive property of Haulio.

Rights to Terminate Access

Haulio reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of this Agreement will be governed by the laws of Singapore, and all related legal proceedings shall take place within the courts of the said jurisdiction.

Miscellaneous Provisions

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes any previous or concurrent communications, representations, or agreements, whether verbal or written.

If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from this Agreement, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Haulio reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time by posting the updated terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service following such modification signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
