Coordinate closely with the operations team and shared service centres in Singapore to resolve any internal and external supplier enquires
Verifying vendor trade invoices and resolving document discrepancies between job completion in HCP (internal system) and signed quotations. Verifying vendor non-trade invoices and ensuring purchases comply with purchasing policies and procedures, and that all documents and approvals are in order before posting in an accounting system.
Maintain signed vendor Quotation and credit terms
Maintain vendor invoice information in the sales tracking worksheet
Follow up Tax invoices, and receipts and perform document storage
Participate in and support process and system improvement
Ensure policies and procedures have been adhered to at all times, adequate controls are in place
Safekeeping financial documents and safeguarding financial information for Tax and audit
Perform any other duties as assigned by management
Accounting Officer (AR) role:

Ensure different types of billings and receipts are processed in an accurate and timely manner
Maintain signed customer Quotation and credit terms
Maintain sales invoice information in the sales tracking worksheet
Participate in and support process and system improvement
Ensure policies and procedures have been adhered to at all times, adequate controls are in place
Co-ordinate audit matters and ensure compliance with the statutory requirement
Perform any other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications / Requirements:
The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) working experience in the related fields as required for this position
Able to handle large volume transactions
Good team player, willing to learn, take initiative and reliable
Meticulous with high accuracy of data entry skills
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Good Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
Able to handle ambiguity and adapt to rapidly changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
Able to communicate intermediate English
Able to communicate intermediate Thai
Have good knowledge and understanding of the Thai Revenue Code, Thai Tax Law
